Consulting Services vary depending on the needs of our clients and the project needs. Our approach to consulting is detailed below, but in all cases, CTC & The Worklife Company only use experienced and qualified consulting teams with years of experience in management and leadership practices.

Worklife Balance Consulting Projects

Worklife balance, projects include the following:

These projects can be short or long-term depending on client need.

Our Consulting Approach

Any good consultant will spend a lot of time at the start of the project listening - in other words being interested not interesting! That means that we will investigate the presenting issues in order to analyse the root cause before suggesting potential solutions to the client. This is especially important in the case of worklife balance as the presenting symptoms (e.g. high absence) are often caused by a number of unrelated issues. Therefore, it would be folly to jump to solution. We will then work with the client to identify solutions that will work for their organisation and culture. Detailed piloting, implementation and tracking then takes place. Project reviews will happen at key milestones and final reports submitted at the end of the project.
