Effective internal communication is vital when implementing major change. 98% of change projects fail because not enough attention is paid to the people aspects. It is not enough to just inform people of major change and expect buy-in, you must change their behaviour too. When implementing any change, there are many facets of communication that need to be addressed - the launch, the management communication, tools for change, dealing with the backlash, creating networks and dialogue are just a few considerations.
